About the Role:

We're looking for a talented individual who can bring their experience and knowledge across digital platforms (including Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud), to own the ongoing evolution of Blackdot’s best practice marketing and sales engine. In this role you will be required to bridge the gap between technology, marketing, sales and the broader business to streamline processes and enhance our customer journeys. About You:

This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy marketing enthusiast, looking to gain valuable experience in a successful organisation within the sales and marketing transformation space. You will be technology focused, with demonstrated experience leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms, to support business and sales activities with strong lead generation outcomes. Your skills and expertise across CRM platforms (Salesforce), EDM execution, and marketing automation, will see you deliver substantial impact to Blackdot's ongoing growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evolve automated reporting and attribution capability across channels and platforms
  • Build nurture campaigns to deliver enhanced customer acquisition, growth and retention
  • Own Salesforce administration, implementing improvements which streamline the user experience, data integration and process automation requirements required across the business
  • Manage resources to ensure high database quality and direct build work in line with portfolio requirements and growth plans
  • Further customise email templates, AB test, and adjust nurture streams to continually enhance lead generation results
  • Educate the business on technology changes, workflows and process improvements, ensuring user adoption
  • Assist the team in executing marketing campaigns within Pardot (including list segmentation, email and landing page creating, form set-up and lead scoring)
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and present data-driven insights, challenges and recommendations to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Potential to play a role supporting Salesforce optimisation within Client projects

Skills and Experience:
  • Marketing or relevant business degree/qualification desired
  • Experience within (ideally customising or administrating)
  • Marketing automation experience (preferably Marketing Cloud and Pardot)
  • Design and execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • High attention to detail, well organised and efficient
  • HTML experience favourable but not required
  • SEM and SEO experience desirable
