Blackdot scales up
across Asia

Following the official opening of our office in Singapore late last year, Blackdot have seen continued growth in the region, despite the current market dynamics.

Over the last 6 months, we have been working with various cross-industry clients; including the likes of three leading pharmaceutical companies, an international multi-category consumer goods organisation and one of South East Asia’s most prestigious banks.

With engagements spanning Japan, China, Indonesia and Singapore – project teams were initially set up locally, but more recently have implemented best practice remote working due to travel restrictions.
So, what does Managing Director, Marty Nicholas expect FY21 to look like for Blackdot Asia?

Supporting clients regional needs -  While Australia will remain an important market for us, we are fielding more multi-country and APAC-wide needs.

Growing our headcount across key markets - With a growing client-base, we are looking to expand our regional team across China, Japan and Singapore. If you have a passion for solving complex organisational challenges and experience working in Asia – we’d love to hear from you!

Engaging on outcomes - With Asia being a key growth region for many of our enterprise clients, particularly in Pharma and Financial Services, we’re seeing significant demand for solutions that accelerate omni-channel maturity and create attributable value at the country level. Most clients are currently straddling contradictory customer experience, growth and cost challenges which has resulted in them preferring to engage us on an outcome-basis (rather than a more traditional deliverables-based model).
