'Implementing Customer Transformation' Summit

Attracting over 500 senior business leaders from a range of industries, Blackdot recently held the largest of their thought leadership breakfast events to date - ‘Implementing Customer Transformation’.

The session kicked-off with a plenary presentation exploring what it really takes to implement marketing, sales and service transformation in enterprise-level organisations.

James McKew, Group Sales & Marketing Director at SMC Pneumatics also took to the stage to share a case study on harnessing growth opportunities in a shrinking market.
 
In addition to the core insights shared on the morning, there were also a number of special announcements made, including Blackdot’s formalised partnership with Salesforce and the winner of a 100K consulting package.
 
Following the plenary session, attendees broke out into 3 practical workstreams, each featuring case studies by leading enterprises;
