In what was our most ambitious event format ever, Blackdot’s Customer Transformation Showcase featured 18 different break-out sessions on the theme of how to implement customer-centric change. Featuring panel sessions with senior leaders from News Corp, Toll Global Express, Telstra, Amgen, Solotel and Big Red Group sharing insights from their own transformation journeys, it was a fantastic day of insights and inspiration across the board.
